Minutes
MINUTES FROM THE OCTOBER 2004 MTG OF SCPCG Meeting called to order at 12:10 pm Grant Diffendaffer’s workshop next weekend. There are 20 people signed up. The class will run from 10am - 6pm. Libby, Diane & Sharon will bring ovens. The room will be open before (9am) and after the workshop for those who want to stay & play. Bead Bazaar: Lynne brought the unsold merchandise with her today. It was recommended that we buy lights for our display next year. IKEA was suggested as a possible source for inexpensive halogen lights. Anyone wishing to purchase beads told please pay the artist directly. Bottles of Hope: Tracy read a letter from the Rochester Relay for Life and a Thank You from the Northford Women’s Club. Tracy did a very special workshop for kids undergoing chemo treatment. The woman she worked with will continue to hold workshops for the kids. Sharon & Tracy will be updating the BOH Website and hope to include some of the thank you letters. Raffle Chain drawing today. Sue Rankin donated a lovely Faux Stone Necklace (Polymer Pebbles?). Anniversary Grab Bag Swap will be @ the break. Show & Tell followed. Meeting adjourned at 2:18 pm. Respectfully submitted by Libby Mills, Secretary SCPCG
